TBM’flex 4.20.3

TBM’flex represents a versatile and user-friendly transportation service offering flexible reservation options. It facilitates travel within designated zones, connecting one stop to another, including access to major TBM network lines and transfer points at various stations. The TBM’flex application provides a comprehensive suite of features, including:

• Registration to the service
• Trip search functionality
• Advance booking of one or multiple journeys
• Options to modify or cancel reservations
• Overview of all scheduled trips
• Real-time notifications about upcoming journeys
• Live vehicle tracking approaching the stop

TBM’flex offers five demand-responsive transportation options:

1. Flex'Night: This service operates late into the night, ensuring safe and convenient return journeys. Seven buses serve various stops within different areas of the urban zone, with departures from Place des Quinconces at 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The service is included with TBM subscriptions and tickets.
2. Flex'Gares: Designed to facilitate ease of movement between key railway stations and local stops. It connects Parempuyre station with nearby TBM stops in the same area, as well as the Presqu’île station group (Bassens, Carbon-Blanc/Sainte-Eulalie, La Gorp, La Grave) with local TBM stops across several communes. Operates Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM, included in TBM tickets and subscriptions.
3. Flex'Aéro: This service links users to the Aéroparc zone and connects Saint-Aubin-de-Médoc and Saint-Médard-en-Jalles stops with nearby TER train stations—Pessac Alouette, Mérignac Caudéran, and Sainte-Germaine. Service runs Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Subscribers benefit from a preferential fare of €3, while other passengers pay €5.
4. Flex'Artigues: Combines scheduled stops with demand-responsive stops. It replaces lines 64/66/67 on weekends and public holidays, providing direct service to Buttinière with connections to Tram A. Additionally, it services the Grand Tressan district of Lormont. Regular operation follows standard bus schedules; requests for specific stops in Lormont Village, Lestrille, Peyrou, Fontderode require prior reservation—passengers should specify their destination upon boarding.
5. Flex'Bouliac: Facilitates travel between TBM stops in Bouliac’s plain area and the stops 'Arena' or 'Bouliac centre commercial.' Service operates Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Included in TBM subscriptions and tickets.
